Leadership Training is designed to help groups understand the basic tenants of leadership and it’s importance to organizational success. The training consists of facilitated discussions and hands-on exercises. Normally done in groups of 10-20 people.
Discussion topics include:
–What is leadership?
–What makes a leader?
–Why leadership is important
–The difference between Leadership, Authority, and Management
–How to be a leader at any level in an organization
–How can you make your organization better.
Hands-on exercises reinforce discussion topics and promote team building.
